They responded promptly with an estimate, then scheduled the work and completed it on time. They cleaned up completely and the work looks very professional. I'm glad to have the railings in place before winter weather sets in.

Quick service, very friendly! Blu Krome came for a couple things. One was a fix with the toilet. We thought it was fixed but after leaving they realized another piece needed to be added because of the brand. They came back the next day and told us they’d like to replace and do again. Honestly, we would have never known. This takes honesty and good customer service which is hard to find these days!! Recommend!!
